Where It All Started
Back in the 90’s, DJ Jo-El would help his cousin, who had a Dj business. It was then when DJ Jo-El learned the basics of spinning records, pumping up a party and setting up DJ equipment. Music was always an important part of DJ Jo-El’s life, and it was these early days when he realized his instinctive abilities to mix music together and read a crowd. DJ Jo-El didn’t immediately pursue his own DJ business career and chose to dab into various jobs and take care of his family first.
Great Music
While growing up in Chicago DJ Jo-El was exposed to all types of music from House music, party music, country, Rock, oldies, R&b, and of course Latin. While working as a security officer he would work at Mexican bars and plenty of Mexican weddings and quinceaneras. He quickly fell in love with every genre and made sure music was a part of his daily activities.
